Delete your account and data

In the app

  1. Open Mental Reps and tap the person icon in the top-right corner of the home screen to open Account.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Tap Delete permanently to confirm. If you signed in with Google, you may be asked to confirm your Google account again.

Your account and data are deleted right away. The app then starts fresh with a new, empty guest account.

Without the app

If you uninstalled the app or can't open it, email mustafaizzet@gmail.com with the subject "Mental Reps account deletion." Send it from the Google account email you used in Mental Reps so we can find and verify your account. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

A guest account (one never linked to Google) has no email attached. If you no longer have the app, tell us your sport, position and roughly when you last trained, and we will try to identify it; if we can't, we cannot delete it. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.

What is deleted: your account ID and login record, your email and name, your sport, position and goals, your full session history, ratings and notes, the copies of your sessions visible to a club you joined, feedback and custom-scenario messages you sent, custom scenarios made for you, and your name and email in a club's membership history.

What may be kept: purchase and subscription records held by Google Play and RevenueCat for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes; crash reports, which expire automatically after up to 90 days; and data in our providers' backups until they are overwritten on their normal schedules.

Your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mental Reps.
